Last time I e-mailed him to order some 8x10 film he responded by sending the film with an invoice before I had any chance to pay-brilliant bloke. I recommend him to everyone I can, please support him.

4x10-most people cut 8x10 in half, dead easy. I believe Ilford with their once a year large format custom order will do fp4plus and hp5plus in 4x10. Not aware of anyone doing colour as a stock product, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Maris, I know where you're coming from, I had thought for years of going panoramic, until a mate lent me an x-pan, and I just could not get on with the letter-box format, it always felt like I was taking a slice of a good photograph and missing out on the sky in particular. Damn, I can't get down there for that. He's one of the few I go back to again and again, brilliant.
One of the few things I miss from Sydney is this sort of thing.

Second you comments about the Queensland centre of photography-utterly hopeless. Mind you The Photographers Gallery in London went that way thirty years ago, and that was before digital-they decided mixed media and conceptual art were the way to go, I dropped my membership, wrote an abusive yet cons...

Actually I don't usually like colour work, but that I like, as has been said it's all about the light. Isn't it always?
