Re: Looking for a small developing space

Ok so I've spoken to the owner, and he's looking for around $90/week including water and power. So far we have 3 confirmed, and several others (on here) that are interested. Given this, we'd be looking at around $20 each per week, assuming that a couple of the guys on here join up.

I'll email the owner of the property right now and discuss pricing, then we can look at 'membership' fees :D

Re: Looking for a small developing space

If there is space to set up for printing I may be interested. I am well set up for processing, but don't have enough space for a good printing area. I'll send you a PM Geoff, and we can discuss. I can forward you the email I've received from the owner, including the pics. Point Light Gallery in Sur...

Re: Looking for a small developing space

We'd love to have you Walter! My mate and I would like to set up a Jobo there for processing colour, but our primary aim with this space is to get into printing as well, so that could work out well. I'm going to get back to the land owner today to discuss pricing, and will send you and Alistair an e...

Re: Looking for a small developing space

Just updating this thread. I may have found something! I've emailed Alistair to get his view, and we'll go from there. I've not had any email yet! :) No? I used the contact form from your website, I wasn't sure if that was the best means for emailing you or not. I'll PM you here, and we can get dis...

Re: Looking for a small developing space

That's upsetting I had planned on putting in some time to get it up and running, assuming I could find a place to store it. Do you think it is fixable? I decided to pass as parts for these things can be expensive and hard to find. I figured it wouldn't take much to spend as much as a good unit woul...

Re: Looking for a small developing space

If it's the machine currently on ebay, beware as it's pretty tired. I inspected it, the pump made groaning sounds, it took well over an hour to hit 35 degrees and didn't seem to have the steam to make 38 for colour. It had obviously been fiddled with by someone without much of a clue as all the dia...
