My mechanic friend.

Developed neg in Rodinal 1:100 dilution. Was in developer for 30 minutes using tray. Monitored development of negative using an infrared camera. Minimal agitation.

Ilford FP4 rated ISO 80. Rodenstock 210mm. EXIF:- 1/4 F5.6

Thanks guys. He is very happy with this portrait. He is about to retire too, so a great keeper for him.
