Sedge Field, Coolum
Gelatin-silver photograph on Ilford VC FB photographic paper, image size 24.4cm X 19.6cm, from a 8x10 Kodak Tmax 400 negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD triple extension field view camera fitted with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.

Pretty good Maris.

Hard subject to photograph, 8x10" negative would almost certainly have made the difference from not too bad, to being very good.

Your point of interest is perfectly placed.

Sedge eh, were you standing in water?

Thanks Mick. Every sedge stem is resolved out on the 8x10 negative. It doesn't happen with small formats. And it doesn't happen on breezy days either. Standing in water? Nah, not that heroic. There's a nice boardwalk out from the carpark.
