Interesting image, Maris. I'm puzzled by the plant matter; aquatic grass or needle leaves blown onto the water surface?

Thanks Barry. It's a still water pond in the Gara River near Armidale with a few dots of Duckweed and some wind-blown Casuarina needles; a sort of natural calligraphy that I tend to gawk at.

I am concerned that if I contemplate this charming salute to tranquility for too long there is every chance that the wicked fertility of my imagination might find expressions in the calligraphy that would make a maiden blush.

Very lovely sense of still.
