Any Business class could use the blinkered management example that Kodak became.
When you get a big as they were it can be a case of we are the biggest etc.
amazing history the link is very interesting,almost developed into a sub letting
company now.

I just remembered a talk regarding the 2000 Olympics by one of the staff at Duckpond,
who was employed as part of the team to process film in Sydney. He went on to discuss a issue with slide film
which they were having in the lab in Adelaide, he went to Kodak Australia to do some investigation of the issue they were
facing.He recollected his astonishment when he was directed to a janitor who was sweeping the floors,
which turned out to be the guru of the film stock they were having issues with.
He knew the issue and assisted him and I presume went back to sweeping the floors and waiting to retire.
Big Company stupidity. :shock:
