Not fair... although it does run 'till December.

The NGV had an exhibition a couple of years ago with one lonely little Ansel print in it - that's all I've ever seen, here or in overseas galleries :-(

Brisbane is grouse! It's 100 degrees warmer than Melbourne (which has cheered me no end), locals are ridiculously friendly, and so far I have walked about 29km around the city in three days, and shot 24 sheets of LF and 4 rolls of MF (6x8) film. The light has been good, and no-one has blinked an eye at my wooden and brass monstrosity (perhaps invisible against the preponderance of 80's architecture?). The Southbank area is an arts revelation, and I found a nice pasta place off the Queen St Mall. All in all, a happy camper here... I'll be sorry to return to the (freezy) salt mines on Monday.

Hi Marc
Wonderful views of Brisbane.
You certainly got around a bit.
So glad the weather was good for you - a bit of sun and good clouds make all the difference.
Looking at the photos makes me want to get up and out there.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

Wow was this just one days effort? You must have sprinted to between each location because you really pumped some shots out. I really like the town hall with the modern buildings behind it, it's a nice juxtaposition.

Thanks Guys!

That's over three days - two days of fine weather and one of 'challenging weather' :-)

I also took my 'Texas Leica' (Fuji 6x8) along but haven't processed those rolls (Fuji Neopan 100) yet.

All in all good practice for South Korea in a fortnight's time. I'm told the rain there 'may have stopped' by then...!!

I hope you had a good time here. There's some interesting stuff in the city, but I'm out in the suburbs and booored :-)

Which suburb?
