Boulder, Girraween

Postby RoganJosh » 08 Jun 2018, 14:29

Although I've moved into different kinds of art for the time being, I still consider LF to be my favourite form of expression. Anyone who's been to Girraween probably knows this spot. Made on t-max400, Sinar 4x5.

I love it! There is something almost NASA-esque about it.

Yes! Well seen. Girraween National Park is a big place so it's a tough guess as to location. Mount Norman track, perhaps?

Not sure of the track name Maris but it's up the top with all the balancing Boulders. When I made it I was upset with the composition and stashed it amongst all my other failed negatives. Looking back at it now I feel like I wouldn't frame it any other way, it's weird how taste changes over time
