Found by accident. We arrived at the campsite, and once set-up; which takes about 2 minutes, we headed down to have a gander. There are two walks from the campsite, one is 300m the other 5Km. We decided upon the 300m one and did the other one the next morning.
I had only walked about 30m when I spied this out of the corner of my eye, the framing is what caught my eye. Back to the camper for the camera then set up and waited for the sunlight, which was quite sporadic. I took this boulder picture then another sheet using my 90mm on a group of boulders; I never did finish that 300m walk.
The 5Km walk the next morning was magical, the temperature got down to 3 degrees and the whole place was shrouded in mist and fog. Within a short time frame, the clouds lifted and we had a marvellous 2 1/2 hour walk. Followed that with morning tea, then a game of scrabble.
