Re: Commercial Guy Still Using Film

Thanks Mark, Making a bush change can help health issues a lot, unless you need regular attention, then the dearth of country doctors can cause serious problems - I put all my E6 work out to Churchill Colour Labs and did very little C41, which went to Irvin, both in Perth I am glad to hear there are...

Re: First images from my home made camera!! :D

Re: The bit I hate most..

Re: Temperature controlled developing system

I use fish tank heaters and have done since setting up my current deep tank line in 1985 - Keeping priorities in mind I use my brewing heaters for brewing As a side thought, how long do people here keep their deep tanks going before scraping out the dead rats from the bottom of the tanks? - So far m...

Re: Question regarding usernames

Actually I would have a real problem with that. Last time I used my real name on photo.net I got a solicitors letter from my ex-wife of ten years before claiming more alimony because "I obviously could afford an expensive camera" Apparently he was under instructions to google my name once...

Re: Photojournalists and ethics

Somewhat tangentially I note that W.E.S took sides in his work, particularly Minimata - I believe it is important for a journalist/photojournalst to become engaged with his subject - "Objective neutrality" is a fiction for all but the brain dead - As is said in the Levant, "He who sit...
