Walter was referring to the car, a Citroen DS Safari, which I would agree is a pretty unique machine. Nothing else is quite like a DS, and there are few around these days. Especially the station wagon 'Safari' version.

We have moved into our new apartment, and I've also started a new job. Been very busy the last few months, but still shooting. Just haven't had much time to process and scan! I've got a big pile of film in the bottom of my fridge waiting for me to catch up.

I wonder what they're planning. A technical version of the S2 perhaps? Some Leica large format lenses would be sweet for those who have recently won lotto and wish to spend the lot in one go.

I sure did......and couldn't believe the price it went for. Someone picked up a real bargain. Even though it was a Discovery model, the 8x10 back alone is worth $2-2.5k.
