FS - Manfrotto 161MK2 B (their tallest) $400. (SOLD)

Selling my former go-to ULF tripod. Manfrotto’s tallest offering at over 2.6 metres. In perfect working order, including the geared (and magnificently stable) centre column. Some signs of use, so priced accordingly (new price is over $1000). Big item, so pick up only (Melbourne’s outer east). I can ...

Re: Wanted: 4x5 Enlarger + Glass

They do have a kit, but it converts an existing Intrepid 4x5 camera.

Good idea, and less than $4k(!!!).

See https://intrepidcamera.co.uk/products/i ... axon_id=33

There was one on one of the Facebook pages (listed yesterday), but it’s in Melbourne.

Re: Wanted: 4x5 Enlarger + Glass

Sorry; mine’s long sold.

Have you checked Intrepid’s website? I thought they were doing some sort of enlarger.

Re: WTB: 4x5 field camera

Grab an Intrepid MkII and a cheap (f6.8 or f8) 90mm of any of the 150mm lenses.

New camera and it’ll keep 75% of its value should you not enjoy it.

Re: FS: Beseler 4x5” enlarger.

Yep.

I’m in a long and drawn out conversation with someone else (talking weeks between return messages), but I’m open to all comers (as the actress said to the Bishop...)

Re: Negative Negatives!

Be careful what you believe and thus, do. You seem to be chasing shadows (pun possibly intended) too quickly. Not using a Stop chemical can be fraught with danger. It’s been accepted practice for many, many people for many, many years. Just because one person says don’t use it doesn’t make that Gosp...

Re: Negative Negatives!

First one has a light leak (possibly when you’ve removed/replaced the dark slide). The others have mottling; possibly from too little developer, too slow in the application of the developer (pour quicker!), over agitation, under agitation, stale fixer and/or developer being too strong. If you’re hap...

FS: Beseler 4x5” enlarger.

Beseler enlarger with Rodenstock 150mm Rodegon lens. No idea on the condition of the lens, but the aperture moves freely. Powers up nicely, but I’ve never got around to trying it. (Sold my 4x5” Camera earlier this year). This enlarger came from a police forensic lab and I acquired it when it closed....
