Eumundi Festival Characters

Eumundi Festival Characters
Gelatin-silver photograph on Agfa VC FB photographic paper, image size 19.3cm X 24.7cm, from a 8x10 Kodak Tmax 400 negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD field view camera fitted with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.

Yep, street photography with an 8x10 view camera. Even though the camera is large it seems not to threaten people. Perhaps because it doesn't work in a predator pursuing prey scenario. Just "Have your picture taken, stand on the mark, look at the lens ... click."

Wonderful bit of fun Maris,
Thanks for posting. Of late I have been sorting througgh my 10x8 negs and I'm reminded that, especially with the Toyo 810M I did not shy away from a bit of 'Street' either. I'm just days away from scanning some.
Bloody lucky with the theatricality of the collaborators — they loosen any rigorous pretensions. Great stuff.
