Electrical Storm.

Postby RoganJosh » 28 Nov 2015, 14:51

I literally hoped for the best with this one. My exposure meter wasn't registering anything so I just gave it 30s @f32.

Taken from my veranda in west end with the Super 23.

That's really neat. Nice work shooting a storm on large format film. Looks fantastic in black & white.

How naive of me. I don't even know what a Super 32 is, I assumed it was LF given the nature of the forums :P

Great image, still!

I can stop posting medium format stuff but I personally consider LF as more of a way of thinking than a camera type.

Electrifying picture! Were you perhaps using a metal camera on a metal tripod under a lightning storm? I'd be fearful of a 30 million volt over-exposure.
