The contrast between the wheat and the darker grass ,I have said it before I love foregrounds
and the small tree to the far RHSide.
Nice shot

The customary excellence of vision and craft Maris.

And always great to be able to sing the praises of the G-Clarons.

I was just driving along thinking I should find a cheap motel for the night when this scene turns up: ground getting dark, wheat field glowin' in the last rays, and a few trees as visual punctuation marks. Checked the rear-view mirror - nothing behind - so I hit the anchors, avoided the ditch, piled out, and set up the camera and made the shot quickly before the little cloud went behind the tree. It's good to drive with a unfolded view camera on the back seat.
