Gelatin-silver photograph on Freestyle Private Reserve VC FB photographic paper, image size 24.6cm X 19.5cm, from a 8x10 Fomapan 200 negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD triple extension field view camera fitted with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.

This photograph was taken just below Kangaroo Ridge at Charlotte Pass in Australia's Snowy Mountains. It was a rare still day and the lack of subject movement enabled the camera to record extreme detail. Even the petals of the tiny heath flowers can be counted in many places.
