Mountain Image, Main Range.
Gelatin-silver photograph on Fomabrom Variant III exposed in contact contact with a Fomapan 200 8x10 negative developed in Xtol. The camera was a Tachihara 810HD triple extension field view camera with a Fujinon W 300/5.6 lens. Exposure was 1 second at f90.
A nostalgic image for me. Climbed 'em all except for the little ones in front. Now the arthritic knee says I'll never get back there.

Nostalgic for me too. I was just thinking a couple of days ago that I'd be pushing to do Charlotte Pass to Blue Lake and back now. And that's not carrying LF kit. It's nice we have the images and memories to nourish our souls when the flesh becomes too weak. Great place, great image.
