Isn't it marvellous that shadows, even though they are the absence of something, can carry such pictorial eloquence. Walter, you are the master of shadows. I compare this picture to White House & Bollards, Crookwell, N.S.W. Both feature shadows, both different, both good.

Thanks Maris,

I love shadows in all their permutations. I was just reciting one my favourite mantras to a mate this afternoon who was trying to shoot in heavy overcast and trouble getting details: "Light reveals, shadows give form."
