What a strange and enigmatic thing. Bazz8, your picture prompted me to look at the Gilgerabbie Hut and Stone Water Tank via a satellite image from Google Earth. It's in the middle of nowhere. What motivated the labour to gather the stones and build the hut and tank in such an isolated place? Mystery.

Maris the Hut is a shephards hut for some years it was a sheep property,2015 we stayed at Fowlers bay and drove from the servo 10km
when i saw the Hut/ water tank and the timber fence lines. we had 2 hrs to drive and take a few shots, when i left I thought to myself this is worth
another visit.
I have some other shots in the pipeline of fences and tracks, only a photographer would do this I knew back in adelaide what I was going to shoot.
