Noosa Woodland Scene, Afternoon

Image
Noosa Woodland Scene, Afternoon
Gelatin-silver photograph on Agfa Classic VC FB photographic paper, image size 24.7cm X 19.3cm, from a 8X10 Kodak Tmax 400 negative
exposed in a Tachihara 810HD triple extension field view camera fitted with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.

There's plenty of back tilt on the camera to pull the focus plane nearly horizontal to include the little umbelliferous herbs near my feet.
And there is a brown snake in the picture but I don't know where it is. Snakey moved away slowly as I was setting up the camera.

Very nice Maris, nothing like a bit of back tilt to bring in the Umbelliferae herbs in the foreground; celery anyone?

I really like the shafts of light either side of the tree, which is what I noticed immediately.

Any idea what f/stop you used?

I would assume that the eastern brown, slipped away in the circle of confusion.... :D

I generally wear walking boots with gaiters, when walking through stuff like that.
