Demolition reveals frescos in what had possibly been a ristorante in multicultural Brunswick, Victoria.

I wonder what was the fate of that fresco.
A properly painted fresco will last a long time. Witness the marvellous discoveries at Pompeii unearthed after nearly two millennia. If only this Victorian fresco had been revealed in the year 4000 it could have been a National treasure and a site of artistic pilgrimage.
