Electricity sub-station, Paddington, N.S.W, is a heritage-listed esubstation built in 1926. It makes a substantial contribution to the character of the streetscape in the paddington area. It has considerable architectural significance on a state level, as the only known example of its kind in the Sydney area

Excellent gantry crane Walter. These devices are not often seen in the open air, usually up under a factory roof, where their mechanical splendor gets hidden. And the deliberate inclusion of the Balmoral Tiger Tails, I think that's what they're called, on the live power lines adds stripey visual entertainment in an otherwise plain sky.
