Ferns after Fire
Gelatin-silver photograph on Agfa Classic MCC 111VC FB photographic paper, image area 16.2cm X 21.5cm, from a Tmax 100 4x5 negative
exposed in a Tachihara 45GF field view camera with a 21cm f4.5 Voigtlander Heliar lens working at f32.
A homage to Harry Callahan's Weeds in Snow; once seen can't be unseen.

Ha, ha, ha! It just goes to show with these forum posts, Maris: you have to read to the end. I saw this pic and immediately that of the visual dialogue — or was it a debate — between Harry Callahan and his tutor Ansel Adams. Lo and behold, you make mention of the great Harry and make. my day. Thanks.

This is a great Australian interjection in their 70+ year old joust.
