Bracket Fungi on Fallen Branch
Gelatin-silver photograph on Ultrafine Silver Eagle VC FB photographic paper, image size 24.7cm X 19.3cm, from a 8x10 Kodak Tmax 400 negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD field view camera fitted with a Schneider Super Angulon 121mm f8 lens.

The 121mm lens barely covers 8x10 so the Scheimpflug tilt to get a deep plane of focus along the branch has to be done with the back of the camera. This over-magnifies things in the near field - a distortion - a compromise - minor drama.

Thanks Bazz8. While I'm looking at the white fungi on the camera ground glass I'm thinking Hubble Space Telescope and receding galaxies. Amazing daft thoughts get provoked in photography.
