Saturday, I got up at 4:00am in order to get to get to Penrtith to meet up with a mate by 6:00 for a road trip West.
Once we crossed the mountains the clear blue sky gave way to heavy overcast with dull, uninteresting light. We got as far as Cowra, via Blayney and Carcoar before returning to Bathurst for a late lunch of lamb's fry and bacon.
Heading home we spotted this wood pile and, rather than returning empty handed, I rattled off a couple of sheets.
