I've read your post but I cannot find anything in it to agree with.
This could be because there no pictures. Please post your large format pictures made from 4x5 or bigger film.
Maybe the journey to enlightenment for some photographers is via a visual path rather than through philosophical exposition.

Maybe that should the new rule; if you're going to spam this forum, at least include large format photos, ideally shot on 8x10

A similar post was made today (same title, probably the same content). I've nuked the post, deactivated the account, and banned the email address. Whoever the poster was they registered the account a year ago, so if they're that patient, it is unlikely this will stop them unfortunately.

Oscar, I think 4x5 is the better format!

That said, the most wonderful format I've used; as an assistant to a photographer, was 11x14". But the size of the film holders, and their weight, now that is another story.......

Working with 11x14 would be awesome, but (presumably) hugely impractical and expensive.

I must admit that my 8x10 Kodak 2D gets very little use nowadays, 4x5 is much more practical.
