Paul,

Sorry, I thought that I had responded.

Print File do a sleeve designated 45-4HB POL which is designed for PN 55 Negs and prints. The pockets are lager and will accept many individual sleeves. For years I double sleeved my negs in Kleer View and then Printfile hanging sheets.

Walter, Marc, and Ian.
Thanks for your replies.
I like the look of the Printfile sleeves that go into a folder.
Probably end up ordering some of these as I like the idea of keeping them in folders.
At $25 for 100 sheets (holding 400 negs) should keep me happy for a while.
Couldn't get the postage costs without registering but will do that later as I'm off to bed now.
Ian, might take you up on B&H order if they stock these sleeves - go halves on the postage with you.
Thanks again for all your info.

I've always used the "Matin" branded ones from Vanbar.

Very rugged with frosted backing. Got the binder holes. I haven't checked their stocks of these for a while, but they've always had plenty in stock every time I visit.

Yes the files can be stored flat in folders if that is your preference. However, from an archival point of view it is better to suspend them in a filing cabinet if you possibly can because the sheets need air to be able to circulate in order to control humidity and avoid mould.
