G'day John

Would any of these cover 8x10 without movements?

The Apo-Ronar series was originally intended for process cameras. Process cameras don't need movements and so can use narrow-field lenses. Rodenstock rated the 240 mm Apo-Ronar as covering an image circle of 212 mm at f22 and focused on infinity. - Quoted from somebody else.

Yes, but I think this was limited to process lens applications. I have not shot a sheet of 8x10 with the ronar but on the GG with a 6x loupe it looks good...

You know you may by right I have a 270mm process lens which the IC is rated at 335mm but somebody on APUG (Jim G) thinks it will cover 11x14 at a pinch. I just don't have a 11x14 to try.

I think the 270 is a different design to a standard process lens. I have one too. Lucky I kept it over the 300 Nikon m =}
