WTB: 8x10 field/folding camera

Postby Alastair Moore » 16 May 2013, 22:58

I may have a buyer for my Cambo. If that happens, I'm going to be looking for an 8x10 fairly soon. Bit of a stretch but if anyone here has one they no longer need/want or know of an 8x10 going then let me know!

Cheers!

My search is over, I just bought a Tachihara 8x10 from a guy here in Sydney. It's a great looking camera!

It's a piece of dead people's furniture! But I didn't want to spend more than I did on it so a Toyo 810 wasn't an option. It'll suit me fine for my 8x10 needs!

It's a beauty. I'm planning to start doing some street portraits with it.

Which prompts the question: What glass do you have for this beast?

I've got a Fujinon 300 f5.6. I'm planning on just working with that lens for the time being. Got some boxes of tmax 400 and a box of foma 400. Am good to go when the Sinar->Linhof adapter arrives!
