Gelatin-silver photograph on Agfa Classic VC FB photographic paper, image size 19.5cm X 24.6cm, from a 8x10 Kodak Tri-X negative exposed in a Tachihara 810HD field view camera fitted with a Fujinon-W 300mm f5.6 lens.

Good dairy land, well watered, lush green grass, the growth of trees definitely discouraged.

The dichotomy of lush verdant grass, requiring rain to exist which is usually brought on by trees evaporating water into the atmosphere.

Nice framing there Maris, the contour line of the water edge is very pleasing to the eye, or, as your apt title states; bucolic.

Movingly placcid and calm but for a gentle breath of breeze to mute to reflection of the hill in the surface of the water.
