Battered Iron Fence, Blackall

Image
Battered Iron Fence, Blackall
Gelatin-silver photograph on Ilford VC FB photographic paper, image size 19.5cm X 24.4cm, from a 4x5 Kodak Tmax 400 negative exposed in a Linhof Master Technika camera fitted with a Schneider Symmar-S 150mm f5.6 lens.

This unfortunate fence bounds a narrow lane leading to a produce shed. Many heavy trucks have unsuccessfully attempted to reverse their loads along it; at least on the first try.

But the self same unfortunat fence gave freely of itself to the eye of the beholder who saw its beauty.

Perfect timing with regard to shadow and highlights on the actual fence; very nice work there Maris.

Mick.
